When you call to schedule your first appointment, our administrative staff will take your insurance information and your benefits will be verified before your first appointment. Or, you can contact your insurance company to find out details about your behavioral health coverage

Answer: Telehealth (virtual) sessions are conducted through your HIPAA compliant, confidential Client Portal via our secure software designed specifically for psychotherapy. These virtual sessions are appropriate for those clients who are not in crisis. In most cases you will have your initial session in person, then, you and your provider will determine together if virtual sessions would be beneficial for you.
