John has a master’s degree in mental health counseling. He earned his education after serving in the United States ARMY in the 75th Ranger Regiment. His military experience instilled discipline, mental toughness, and a profound respect for the psychological demands placed on service members and their families. This background allows him to connect meaningfully with veterans, active-duty personnel, and first responders navigating stress, trauma, and life transitions.
John works with clients ranging from youth to older adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). His approach focuses on strengthening self-awareness, building healthy coping strategies, cultivating self-love, and developing a forward-thinking mindset.
