  • “My dedication to the field of mental health stems from my personal experience with it. I grew up with family members living with mental illness and I have personally overcome some mental health challenges over the course of my lifetime. I know firsthand that having mental health concerns can be difficult. There is still so much stigma around having mental health issues, the process for getting help can be overwhelming, and it can feel so frustrating and lonely. That is why I am here: to tell you that, though life changes, those changes can be wonderful, and I am a testament to finding support and taking small steps to taking care of yourself.

I would describe my style as friendly and supportive, but I am also prepared to receive and assist you in overcoming your struggles from the get-go. We can work together at prioritizing, setting goals, and achieving them, at your pace!”
