“My approach is warm, straightforward, non-judgmental, and strength-based. I place great emphasis on being open-minded, using simple and understandable language, and tuning in to my client's thought process. As a therapist, my core values are connection, trust, and transparency, and I believe that these values are essential in fostering a therapeutic relationship that is grounded in mutual respect and understanding. I know personally how difficult it can be to confront painful issues and work towards healing and recovery, so I can truly empathize as I walk alongside you in your journey. Thank you for considering me as your therapist.”
