“I chose the counseling field because I developed the interest in helping my students many years ago. I use many evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, while recognizing that no one therapy suits the needs of every client. We will work together to build the treatment that suits the client best.”
